Conc. Alarm Valid (Relay)
Indicates whether the Concentration Alarm is Valid or not (Invalid).
When the status is Invalid, this field has a Red background.
When the Conc. Alarm relays are configured as Stream Indicators
rather than as Concentration Alarm Indicators:
Concentration Alarm 1 relay indicates StreamA selected for analysis.
- Energized (On) = StreamA selected
- De-energized (Off) = StreamA not selected
Concentration Alarm 2 relay indicates StreamB selected for analysis.
- Energized (On) = StreamB selected
- De-energized (Off) = StreamB not selected
Conc. alarm invalid relay (on Analyzer Data tab) indicates āInvalidā
concentration alarm when one of the following situations is true:
- Conc. Alarm Hard Enable is in Disable state, or
- Sample system is in shut-in/off state (check Analyzer system status), or
- During Startup time delay period (check Analyzer system status), or
- Conc. Alarm Soft Enable is in Disable state, or
- During Alarm clearing (check Analyzer system status), or
- Fail alarm activated before any one of the concentration alarms is
activated.
Concentration Alarm 1 (or Stream A)
Concentration Alarm 2 (or Stream B)
The current status of the Concentration Alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2),
either ON or OFF. The ON status indicates that one (or both) of the
Concentration Alarms has exceeded its On-Threshold (trip-point)
value and Off-Threshold (alarm clear) value.
If the Concentration Alarms are disabled, the status of Stream A and
Stream B will be displayed here, either ON or OFF. The Concentration
Alarms are disabled if Result Assignment (on the Alarm Setting and
Stream Switch Parameters dialog box) is set to 0-N/A.
If the status of these alarms is ON, these fields will have a Red
background.
