Step 2: Network Setting
The options on this page allow you to set the NXA-WAP250G’s IP address assignment method and
configures the local Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server and Network Address
Translation (NAT) settings (FIG. 7).
There are three basic methods for configuring the NXA-WAP250G’s IP address:
 Dynamic IP: The IP address is assigned automatically from a home gateway router or other
device that has a DHCP server feature (FIG. 8).

AMX strongly recommends using Static IP for your NXA-WAP250G’s IP address.
