Attaching Video Cables
Important:Donot apply power to the Precis
LT
before attaching the cables. When
applying power to the system, power the Precis
LT
before applying power to the
source and destination devices.
Standard Video
To connect video inputs and outputs, fasten the cable connectors onto the input and
output BNC connectors (see Figure 5).
S-Video
The S-Video and Stereo Precis
LT
Model is equipped with locking S-Video
connectors. When used in conjunction with AutoPatch manufactured S-Video cables,
the cable connectors lock into the Precis
LT
connectors. Cables with standard S-Video
connectors may be used, but will not lock.
To connect S-Video inputs and outputs, fasten the cable connectors onto the input
and output S-Video connectors (see Figure 6).
