Control Panel Operations
Figure 28 features a typical Precis
LT
control panel. The number of input/output keys
on your model may vary depending on the configuration.
Key Functions
Status Key: Places panel in Status Mode. Used to query the system for signal
routing information and switch verification.
Lock Key: Places panel in Lock Mode. Enter a password (a five digit sequence of
input and/or output keys) to lock/unlock access to the panel.
Cancel Key: Returns panel to Switch Mode (ready to execute/disconnect switches).
Cancels a partially entered command. Cannot undo a completed operation, i.e., an
operation followed by the pressing of the Take Key.
Video Level Key: When illuminated, the video level is selected and only video
signals are routed.
Audio Level Key: When illuminated, the audio level is selected and only audio
signals are routed.
