Take Apart Processor Card - 20
4 Pry the processor card
up and away from the
logic board connectors.
This can be done with a
spring hook removal tool
or carefully with the
heatsink clip as shown in
the graphic.
Note: Remove the heatsink
and SDRAM before returning
the processor card to Apple.
Do NOT remove the rubber
gap filler on the
microprocessor chip.
