Repair Strategy
The iMac computer is to be serviced through module
exchange and parts replacement. Apple Computer offers
standard carry-in service only on the iMac computers (with
the exception of US customers who purchase the AppleCare
Service Plan, covered later in this section).
Ordering
Apple Service Providers planning to support the computer
systems covered in this manual may purchase Service
modules and parts to develop servicing capability. To order
parts, use the AppleOrder (US only) or ARIS (Canada only)
system and refer to the iMac “Service Price Pages.”
