Take Apart Hard Drive - 37
2 Holding on to the hard
drive carrier, push the
carrier back to free the
carrier from the chassis.
Note: Pushing the carrier
back releases two metal
tabs on the underside of
the hard drive carrier.
Refer to “Hard Drive
Carrier Replacement” for
photo and information.
3 Lift the hard drive carrier
from the chassis.
4 Remove the hard drive
data cable, power cable,
and four screws securing
the HDA to the carrier.
