Fully seat the cable in the control housing, adjust the throttle cable tension, and if necessary, replace any faulty switches. Inspect, repair, or replace and properly connect the wiring harness. Also, clean or replace the spark plugs and spark-plug caps. If problems persist, service or replace the high tension leads/coil, sensor, stator, or ECM/CCU.

Additionally, inspect, repair, or replace and properly connect the wiring harness. If the issue continues, consider replacing the fuel injector(s), repairing or replacing damaged or worn engine components, and replacing the stator or ECM.
