Troubleshooting
The LED indicator does not glow
Power Adaptor is not connected or low power is disabled.
Check that the AC adaptor is plugged into the power socket and the set-top box is in low power standby mode.
Low power setting can be modified under the configuration menu.
No picture or sound
No signal or weak signal.
Changes in the settings have not taken e ect
The set top box was unplugged without first switching to standby mode.
Make sure that the box is in standby mode before unplugging it from the mains.
The remote control is not working
• The set top box is in standby. Press the STANDBY button.
• Remote control is out of range. Check that the remote control range is clear.
• The batteries are exhausted. Replace the batteries with new ones.
