• max gain (x16): upper limit to the analog gain. Unit 1/16th. Value 16 is default and
corresponds to a gain of 1 (no gain). Maximum value is 64 (factor 4).
• fixed shuttertime, fixed gain: the shuttertime and gain can be made fixed via these
configurations.
• adapation interval: if no fixed shuttertime or gain, this is the interval at which to
possible adjust the shuttertime and gain settings. Default value is 1 (second).
4.2. Analog ANPR camera
The ITS101 supports the use of an analog ANPR camera.
Via the system information page of the web service, use the link 'DSP web page', and then the
link 'config' to navigate to the camera settings page. The following options are available:
• fixed contrast gain: default 1.0, range between 0.5-2.0. The fixed contrast gain can be
adapted via this configuration.
• min, max contrast gain: range between 0.5 – 2.0. Default max contrast gain 0.0,
meaning no adaptation. If max contrast gain between 0.5 – 2.0, adaptation based on
average of latest (at least 7) license plate areas; maximum adaptation of +/- 0.0625
every 5 seconds. The adaptation is targetting on an average luminance of 152 on the
license plate area and a maximum of 20% over-saturation.
