Why does my Ashton AK280 Keyboard make a popping sound when turned on or off?

  The pop sound from the speakers when turning your Ashton Keyboard on or off is normal. However, ensure the master volume is at a suitable level and check if headphones are connected to the PHONES/OUTPUT jack. The R1/R2/L voice volume (Mixer) settings could be set too low, so make sure the voice volumes are set at appropriate levels. Interference from nearby mobile phones may also cause popping; try turning off the phone or moving it away from the Ashton Keyboard. If the issue persists, press and hold the [+/YES] and [–/NO] buttons simultaneously, then turn the power on to set INSTRUMENT to default.
