USING THE HOT AIR + STEAM MODE
Hot Air + Steam Mode Setting

Fill the water tank up to the maximum
line and place it back. Then place your
food into the cooking cavity.

Turn the Mode Selector to Steam
combi mode position. Turn the Multi
function Selector to set the steam level
high, mid or low.

If desired, adjust the cook time,
delayed start time or the temperature
(if available). See page 15.

Press Next/Start. The combi steam
oven will start.
Skip Preheating
If you start cooking in the Hot Air + Steam Mode, you will see ‘Preheating’ in the display.
You can skip the preheating by pressing Next/Start and then turn the Multi-function Selector
to choose ‘No’. Press Next/Start again to confi rm. The combi steam oven will now skip the
preheating (‘preheating’ will dissappear in the display).
