Defrost Setting
Use settings and times in this table as guide lines for defrosting.
We recommend to always fi ll the water tank with fresh water to the maximum level.
Remove all kind of package material before defrosting!
After defrosting, let the food stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes for an even distribution
of the heat.

Important
1) After defrosting meat (particularly poultry), operate the empty oven about 10 minutes in the hot
air mode (200 °C) for killing bacteria in the cavity.
2) Do not refreeze food once it has thawed.
