• RTT: Real-Time Text can be used by people with hearing or speech
impairments to communicate via text while on a voice call. You can set RTT
visibility to be Visible during calls or Always visible.
Security & location
Secure your device, protect your data, and keep your privacy.
From the Settings screen, select Security & location.
Screen lock
• None: Disable any screen lock.
• PIN: Set a PIN code as the screen unlock method.
• Password: Set a password as the screen unlock method.
SIM card lock
• Lock SIM card: Enable or disable SIM card lock. SIM lock will require you to
enter a PIN to use your device.
• Change SIM PIN: Change the PIN code.
Location
• Use location: Enable or disable location services.
• Recent location requests: View a list of apps that have recently requested
your location.
• App access to location: view which apps have permission to access
location services.
