Troubleshooting
Before contacting the service center, follow the instructions below:
• Make sure your phone’s battery is fully charged for optimal operation.
• Avoid storing large amounts of data in your phone, as this may affect its
performance.
• Use Reset and the Software Update to perform phone formatting or software
upgrading. ALL Users phone data (contacts, photos, messages and les,
downloaded applications, etc.) will be permanently deleted. It is strongly
advised to fully backup the phone data and prole before formatting and
upgrading.
Note: This phone uses cellular data for certain services, applications and
functions. If not connected to Wi-Fi, standard data charges will apply. Please
connect to a Wi-Fi network to limit data charges.
If you are having the following issues:
My phone has not responded for several minutes.
• Restart your phone by pressing and holding the End/Power key.
• If you are unable to turn the phone off, remove and replace the battery,
then turn the phone on again.
My phone turns off by itself.
• Check that your screen is locked when you are not using your phone,
and make sure the End/Power key is not being pressed due to an
unlocked screen.
• Check the battery charge level.
