Step 3.
Make sure the voice terminal power supply is properly connected to the
103A Modular Jack (it can also be connected to a terminal extension cord)
and that power is being supplied from the ac outlet for the voice terminal
power supply. Use a lamp, radio, or similar device to check the ac outlet
(see Figure 9).

Step 4.
Disconnect the power supply from the ac outlet.
Step 5.
Disconnect the Z400F Adapter from the 103A Modular Jack.
