Trouble on One Voice Terminal

Step 6.
In this step you will have to switch voice terminal handsets.
Note:
Different voice terminals in your system may have different types
of handsets. There are two types of handsets available, an N-type
and an R-type. You must be sure to switch an R-type handset with
another R-type handset, or an N-type handset with another N-type
handset. Figure 11 shows how to identify your handset types.
