Trouble on More Than One Voice Terminal
Step 3.
From a voice terminal, try to make an outside call on the line with trou-
ble.

The trouble is still present,
Skip to Step 7.
The trouble is no longer present,
Return the cords and line bridging
adapter to their original position.
Then go on to Step 4.
Step 4.
At the auxiliary device (for example, telephone answering service), discon-
nect the modular line cord (see Figure 25).
