Operation
Assuming the controller has the necessary hardware and is correctly wired, you need to do the following :
1. Enter the Options menu and select the type of option you need.
2. If choosing a , select SSPS in the above menu.
once selected, press the button to return to the standard operating mode.
to select the second setpoint, activate the remote switch, and the F1 indicator LED will
illuminate, indicating that the second setpoint is active. The default second setpoint is 77 and you
can use the or to set the value of the second setpoint.
when the Switch is Closed: Second setpoint is enabled.
when the Switch is Open: Second setpoint is enabled.
if you select option #42 - 0 Vdc: First setpoint is enabled, 5 Vdc: Second setpoint is enabled.
3. If choosing a , select rSrH in the above menu.
once selected, press the button to return to the standard operating mode. We have to
assume that the steps in the ramp soak recipe have been set.
to select the Ramp Soak Run/Hold return to the Operating mode by holding the Menu button
for four seconds and select the starting point opertaing mode as either rS.r (ramp soak run) or rSH
(ramp soak hold). If you start from ramp soak run rSr, everytime you activate the switch, the F1
indicator LED will illuminate, indicating that the ramp soak has been put on hold. If you start in the
ramp soak hold operating mode, the switch may have to be activated once to recognise the switch,
but with subsequent operations of the switch the F! indicator LED will illuminate, indicating that the
ramp soak has been put on hold.
4. If choosing a , select Stby in the above menu.
once selected, press the button to return to the standard operating mode.
depending on which option has been installed, when the remote switch is activated, the F1
indicator LED will illuminate, and the process will be put in Standby
