4 机器安装
4.1 机器工作区域要求
• 气候条件：该机器能够正常大气条件下，在温
度为 40℃，相对 湿度不大于 50％和 90％，在
温度不大于 20℃(无结露)。如果大气条件不适合
机器操作，制造商可以根据要求，提供解决方
案，以解决这个问题(如空调 机，恒温加热组件
等）。
标准机器没有被设计或设定，可以在易爆
炸或火灾的场所使用。
• 地板：
机器必须使用在厂房内有以下的地板要求：
- 斜率小于 2%
-没有楼梯或地板的边界,可能会引起机器的翻倒
- 地面没有孔洞，升降不一 高度，障碍物或平
面不连续 。
- 允许静电的导电性地板。
4 INSTALLATION
4.1 WORkPLACE REQUIREMENTS
• Atmospheric conditions:
The machine is able to function correctlyin atmospheric
conditions with relative humidity no greater than 50%
at a temperature of 40°C and 90% at a temperature
no greater than 20°C (without condensation). If the
atmospheric conditions are not suitable for machine
operation, the Manufacturer can, on request, provide
solutions to remedy the problem (e.g. air conditioners,
thermostatic heating elements, etc.).
The standard machine is not designed or set
up for operation in places with an explosive
atmosphere or risk of fire.
• Flooring:
The machine must be used inside a room that has
the following flooring requirements:
- slope less that 2%,
- no ladders or floor borders which could cause the
machine to tip over,
- even ground with no holes, dips, rises, obstructions
or discontinuities,
- conductive flooring which allows the static electricity
built up to be discharged.
