5.1.2 包装行程操作模式说明
机器以全自动模式操作。设定好包装参数(行走速
度及胶膜包装圈数，按下开 始键(M)，即可开始包
装行程。
F01=01 完整的胶膜架上升/下降包装行程
自动包装行程从栈板底部开始缠绕， 开始往上升
起缠绕包装物，再从顶部往下缠绕到底部
F01=02 胶膜架单向上升或单向下降包装行程。
适用于包装物最高限制为 1500mm。超
过这个高度，操作人员必须要保护设备
以防从高处跌落的危险。
自动循环包装从栈板底部开始缠绕达到顶部后停止
或从顶部开始缠绕到达底部后停止。
为了安全起见，机器的操作速度需考虑紧
急停止距离，视地板的状况而定。
F10* - 开始包装时胶膜架起始高度
在功能 F10 设定开始包装的高度进行全自动包装。
F11* - 包装结束时胶膜架上升停止高度
在功能 F11 设定停止包装的高度进行全自动包装。
5.1.2 DESCRIPTION OF OPERATING MODES/
CYCLES
The machine works in AUTOMATIC operating mode.
Operations can begin when the machine is turned on
and in a safe condition by pressing the START button
(M) after setting the wrapping parameters (speed and
number of extra wraps, etc.).
F01=01 COMPLETE ASCENT/DESCENT CYCLE
Automatic cycle that wraps the pallet starting from the
bottom, reaching the top and then returning to the bot-
tom again.
F01=02 ONLY ASCENT OR ONLY DESCENT CYCLE
The "only ascent or only descent" cycle is
used for wrapping the maximum product
height of 1500mm. Above this height, the
appropriate personal protective equip-
ment must be used due to the risk of
falling and working at a height exceeding
1500mm.
Automatic cycle wraps the pallet starting from the bot-
tom, reaching the top or starting from the top and work-
ing down to the bottom .
