6 保养维护
6.1 一般注意事项
6.1.1 机器断电
进行保养维护或修理时， 机器需拆除与电源的连
接。
要确定电池充电器没有连接到主电源，并要拔除
电池插头。
6.1.2 特别注意事项
在保养维修时，注意下列几点：
- 开始工作前，先在明显位置摆上标语“ 机器
维护中 ”
- 不能使用溶剂或易燃物质。
- 不要使用冷却润滑剂污染环境。
- 使用适当的设备接近机器上方的零件。
- 不要爬上机器因为机器承受不起一个人在上面
的重量。
- 在完成维修时，重新把保护装置归位。
6.1.3 清洁
定期清洁安全防护物，特别使用湿布擦拭明显易见
的机器外壳。
6.2 定期保养
为让机器可以正常运转，这段描述定期保养。

6 MAINTENANCE
6.1
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
6.1.1 MACHINE DISCONNECTION
Before performing any maintenanceor repairoperations,
disconnect the machine from all the power sources.
Make sure that the battery charger is not connected
to the mains supply and unplug the batteries.
6.1.2 SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
When performing maintenance or repair operations,
observe the following:

Before starting work, place a sign stating “MACHINE
UNDER MAINTENANCE” in a clearly visible posi-
tion.

Do not use solvents or flammable materials.

Take care not to pollute the environment with cooling
lubricants.

Use suitable equipment to access the upper parts of
the machine.

Do not climb onto machine components or guards, as
they have not been designed to support the weight
of a person.

After completing the maintenance operations, refit
and properly secure all the protection devices and
safety guards that have been removed or opened.
6.1.3 CLEANING
Periodically clean the safety guards, particularly the
transparent material of the casing, using a damp cloth.
6.2
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
This paragraph describes the operations to be carried out
periodically in order to ensure proper machine working
operation.
