4. (Optional) To search for a contact, you can temporarily change the input language by long
pressing the Key lock, and Upper and Lower case (
) key. This can be used to
access characters in a foreign language temporarily.
5. Press Search.
The system displays the search results.
6. Press More search results to display more contacts if the number of matching entries are
more than 25.
Searching by number
Procedure
1. Select Central phonebook.
2. (Optional) Change the selected directory.
3. Select Search by number.
4. Type the phone number of the user.
5. Press Search.
The system displays the search results.
6. Press More search results to display more contacts if the number of matching entries are
more than 25.
Viewing last search result
Procedure
1. Select Central phonebook.
2. Select Last result.
The system displays recently viewed entries.
For example, if the number of matching entries are 30 and the user selects More search
results, then the five remaining entries are displayed in the last search result.

Mini Messaging
Depending on the model of handset that is used, it can receive text messages with a maximum of
12 characters. When a text message is received, the message alert signal sounds. The message
is displayed in a popup window.
