Turning automatic gain control on or off
About this task
The automatic gain control (AGC) automatically adjusts the audio output level to achieve a
constant and better quality audio.
Procedure
1. Press Home.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Options & Settings.
4. Touch Advanced Options.
5. On the Advanced Options menu, touch Automatic Gain Control.
6. Touch the line with the device (Handset, Headset, or Speaker) for which you want
to turn AGC on or off.
7. Touch Save to save your setting.
Configuring Hearing Aid Compatibility
Procedure
1. Press the HOME button.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Option & Settings.
4. Touch Advanced Options.
5. Touch Handset Equalization Operations.
6. Touch the line you want to change the value of:
• Default
• Audio Opt.
• HAC Opt.
7. Touch the right or the left arrow softkey to change the value of the field that you
have selected.
8. Touch Save.
