3. Touch Complete to transfer the call. For an attended transfer, answer the call, then
touch Complete. For an unattended transfer, press Complete without answering
the call.
Configuring Enhanced Call Pickup Alerting
About this task
This feature enables you to configure an optional audible and visual alert when an incoming
call to someone in your corresponding call pickup group is ringing.
Procedure
1. Press the Home button on the phone.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Options & Settings.
4. Touch Sound & Screen Options.
5. Touch Call Pickup Ring Type.
6. Touch the ringtone you want to assign.
7. Touch Back.
8. To set the type of alerts for call pickup, touch Call Pickup Indication.
Using the conference feature
You can use conference calls to speak with people from different locations on the same call.
Additional conferencing options may be available through Expanded Meet-Me Conferencing.

Setting up a conference call
Procedure
1. Select any idle call appearance and dial the first conference participant.
2. From the Phone screen, touch Conference.
