Replacesystemcontroller
Ifthesystemcontrollerthatyoucreatedthesystemonhasfailed,youmayneedtoreplacethesystemcontrollerandrestorethe
system,seeRestoreasystemwithasinglesystemcontroller.
Resetsystemorhardware
Youcanresetcameras,systemcontrollers,ortheentirebodywornsystem,tofactorydefaultsettings.
Resetcamera
Toresetacameratofactorydefaultsettings,removeitfromthebodywornsystem,seeRemoveacamera.
Resetextensionsystemcontroller
Youcanresetanextensionsystemcontrollertofactorydefaultsettingsbyremovingitfromthebodywornsystem,seeRemovean
extensionsystemcontroller.
Ifyoucan’taccessthebodywornsystemthroughAXISBodyWornManager,youcanreseteachextensionsystemcontrollerby
accessingthemseparately:
1.Accesstheextensionsystemcontroller.
2.Openthecontextmenu.
3.ClickResetsystemcontroller

Thebackupextensionsystemcontrollercan’tberesettofactorydefaultsettings.
Resetsystem
Important
•Neverremoveorresetthecontentdestinationbeforeresettingthebodywornsystem.Alwaysresetthebodywornsystem
rst.Ifyouremoveorresetthecontentdestinationrst,recordingscanremainoncamerasorinthesystemcontrollers,
preventingyoufromresettingthebodywornsystem.Thisisasecurityfeatureensuringthatallevidenceisuploaded
tothecontentdestination.
•Neverremovecamerasorusersinthecontentdestinationbeforethey’reremovedinAXISBodyWornManager.
Toresettheentirebodywornsystemtofactorydefaultsettings:
1.Removeallcameras,seeRemoveacamera.
2.Ifpossible,disablethecorrespondingcamerasinthecontentdestination.
3.Removeallextensionsystemcontrollers,seeRemoveanextensionsystemcontroller.
4.GotoSupport>Systemreset.
5.ClickResetsystem.
Removepairedequipment
1.GotoUsers.
2.Clicktheuserthatyouwanttoremoveapairingfrom.
