Generaltroubleshootingsteps
Ifyou’renotsurewhat’scausingtheproblemwithyourbodywornsystem,oneofthefollowingactionsmayhelp:
Camera
1.Restartthebodyworncamera.
-Ifthecameraisdocked,undockthecameraanddockitagain.
-Ifthecameraisundocked,usethepowerbuttontoturnitoff,andthenturnitbackonagain.
2.Upgradethebodyworncamerawiththelatestrmware,seeUpgradesystemrmware.
3.DockthecameraandremoveitfromthesystemthroughAXISBodyWornManager.Thisresetsthecameratofactory
default.Addthecameratothesystemagain.SeeResetcamera.
Systemcontroller
1.Restartthesystemcontroller,seeSystemcontroller.Logsandrecordingsremainintactonthesystemcontrollerstorage
duringtherestart.
2.Upgradethesystemcontrollerwiththelatestrmware,seeUpgradesystemrmware.
3.Resettheextensionsystemcontrollertofactorydefault(thisdoesn’tapplytothesystemcontrollerthatthebodyworn
systemwasinitiallycreatedon),usingoneofthefollowingmethods:
-WerecommendthatyouresettheextensionsystemcontrollerfromAXISBodyWornManager,seeReset
extensionsystemcontroller.
-Whentheabovemethodisnotpossible,accesstheextensionsystemcontrollerandclickResetsystemcontroller.
4.Resetthebodywornsystemtofactorydefaultsettings,seeResetsystem.
