9.14 Heang, Venlaon, and Air Condioning (HVAC) Operaon
The Vanish is equipped with a high-efficiency heang and venlaon system. The controls are
located in the lower panel of the Center Console.
• The PTC (posive temperature coefficient heang element) heater is self-regulang and
is well suited to colder climates.
• If so equipped, the oponal air condioning system uses R-1234yf refrigerant, which
offers superior environmental performance.

The dial on the le controls the fan and fan speed:
• 0 = OFF
• 1 = Low speed fan
• 2 = Medium speed fan
• 3 = High speed fan
The top buon switch controls recirculaon of cabin air. An illuminated green dot indicates that
recirculaon is ON.
The lower buon switch controls ON/OFF for the air condioning system, if so equipped. An
illuminated green dot indicates that the air condioning system is ON.
The dial on the right controls the cabin heater:
• 0 = OFF
• 1 = Low speed fan
• 2 = High speed fan
