A falling vehicle can cause serious injury or death.
NEVER place any part of your body under an elevated vehicle. If you need
access to the boom of the vehicle, use automove jack stands to
support the vehicle on a firm, level surface. Your authorized AYRO Dealer
can assist.
Posion the vehicle on a dry, firm, level surface.
Set the park brake.
Turn the key switch to « OFF » and remove the key.
Chock both the front and rear of the re that is located diagonally opposite the jacking
posion. For example, if the right front re is being changed, chock the le rear wheel.
Use a small floor-style jack or hydraulic jack. Jack the vehicle only from the recommended Jack
Points. FRONT JACK POINTS are on the subframe rail, just behind the front wheels. REAR
JACK POINTS are along the rear axle, but not under the gearbox.
Jacking at any locaon other than the recommended jacking points may
cause significant damage to the vehicle frame and body. Only use jacks
cerfied to support the weight of the vehicle.
Remove the wheel.
14.13 Wheel Installaon
Improperly installed wheels can adversely affect re wear and vehicle
handling, which can result in serious injury or death. Always ensure that all
wheel/lug nuts are torqued to specificaon (83 lbf- or 113 N-m).
Place the wheel in the correct posion on the wheel hub. Be sure the valve stem is toward the
outside and rotaon arrows on the re point toward forward rotaon.
Aach the wheel nuts and finger ghten.
Carefully lower the vehicle to the ground.
Torque the wheel nuts to specificaon (83 lbf- or 113 N-m). See page 71.
