across your chest. Make sure the belt is not
twisted.
C. Push the latch plate into the buckle unl it clicks.
D. Release the strap and allow to self-ghten.
E. To remove slack in the lap belt poron of the belt, pull upward on the shoulder belt.
To loosen the lap belt if it is too ght, lt the buckle and pull the lap belt slightly
longer.
F. To release the seat belt, press the red release on the buckle. If necessary, slide the
buckle down the webbing to allow it to retract fully.
9.23 Seat Belt Inspecon
Inspect seat belts for proper operaon before each use of the vehicle.
Push the latch plate into the buckle unl it clicks. The latch plate must slide smoothly into the
buckle. A click indicates that it has been securely latched.
Push the red release to make sure the latch plate releases freely.
Pull each seat belt completely out and inspect the full length for any damage, including cuts,
wear, fraying, or sffness. If any damage is found, or if the seat belt does not operate properly,
have the seat belt system checked and/or replaced by your authorized AYRO Dealer.
To clean dirt or debris from the seat belts, sponge the straps with mild soap and water. Do not
use bleach, dye, or household detergents.
