5 CARGO WEIGHT LIMITS
The Vanish cargo limit warning labels are located on the
driver side door frame panel and with the warning decals
on the sun visors or on the headliner in front of the
driver. Some payload configuraons may have Gross
Vehicle Weight Rang (GVWR) safety labels in the
payload area.
Calculang the available Cargo Weight involves simple
mathemacs. The total weight permied for the street-
legal LSV < 3000 lb or 1360 kg. The total weight permied for the non-LSV (non-street-
legal) < 3600 lb or 1633 kg.
From the Gross Vehicle Weight Rang (GVWR) or total weight permied, subtract the
following:
• base truck weight (1800 lb / 816 kg)
• the payload configuraon weight
• the weight of accessories
• the weight of occupants
to obtain the available cargo weight.
These examples reflect changes in the payload configuraon only, while other factors
remain the same. Substute your own values for passenger weights or other
configuraons as needed.
