Why doesn't the ClickShare drive appear on Barco Digital Presenters?

  If users do not get a ClickShare drive when inserting the Button in their laptop with Barco Digital Presenters, try refreshing the view on the laptop. Alternatively, use Microsoft Windows Disk Management to assign it to a free drive letter. Ensure a good connection at the USB port by reconnecting to the same port or trying another one, and rebooting the laptop if necessary. Also, the USB port policy on the laptop might limit the usage of high-power USB devices when on battery power, so change the USB port policy if possible.

How to fix low video performance on Barco ClickShare?

  If you experience low video performance with Barco Digital Presenters, it could be due to laptop performance. Try lowering the screen resolution of the laptop, disabling hardware acceleration for video, using only a part of the display to show the video, or setting the capture mode to Fast by right-clicking the ClickShare icon in the system tray. Wireless connectivity issues can also cause low video performance; refer to the section addressing bad connectivity.

Why is video not shown on Barco Digital Presenters screen?

  If the Barco Digital Presenters video is not shown on screen, the player might be using overlays. Disable the usage of overlays in the preferences of the video player. Also, ClickShare does not support showing HDCP content, which will be displayed as black.

Why are some Windows programs not shown on Barco Digital Presenters display?

  If some programs of Windows are not shown on the Barco Digital Presenters display, this may be due to the use of overlays, 3D, or hardware acceleration in the GPU. Try disabling overlays or hardware acceleration in the GPU, disable AeroGlass in Windows 7, or upgrade the Base Unit to the latest software version.
