4 How to convert register values
4.1 Converting analog register value
When reading a value from a Barionet analog input register (register 5xx),
then the real voltage value must be calculated.
The calculation for the analog input voltage is :
5 / 1023 * register value = value in V
e.g.: 5 / 1023 * 332 = 1,62 V
4.2 Converting temperature register value
When reading a value from the Barionet temperature register (register 601-
650), then the real voltage value must be calculated.
The calculation for the temperature value is :
register value * 5 / 80 = value in °Celsius
e.g.: 332 * 5 / 80 = 20,7 °C
or
(register value * 9 + 2560) / 80 = value in °Fahrenheit
e.g.: (332 * 9 + 2560) / 80 = 69,3 °F
