3 Starting system fault
3-1 Insufficient voltage of battery Charging and overhaul to battery
3-2 Poor contact of electric circuit connectors Check the circuit
3-3 No rotation or weak rotation of starter motor Overhaul starter motor

Incomplete meshing between starter motor
gear and flywheel ring gear
Rotate the flywheel ring gear for an angle. If the engine still
fails to start, check the starter motor.
3.2.2 Unstable Running of Diesel Engine

1 Air content in fuel system
Check pipeline connectors for looseness and bleed air form fuel
line.
2 Blockage of fuel system Clean or replace diesel filter

Non-uniform fuel supply among
cylinders of fuel injection pump.
Check and repair fuel injection pump and adjust on fuel pump test
stand to ensure consistent fuel supply volume for all cylinders.

Poor working performance of
individual fuel injector
Check fuel injector with poor working performance and clean or
replace.
5 Unstable working of speed regulator Check speed regulator and solve malfunction.

Low fuel quality or water content in
fuel
Check fuel , and replace if necessary
