deposit and other impurities, in order to ensure the sealing performance. Never incorrectly
assemble every fuel injector, seal washer, and adjustment shim thereon during assembly, in
order to ensure that the protrusions of fuel injector lower cone and tip meet the specification.
②Check the external surface of fuel injector return pipe for presence of damage and leakage. If yes,
replace the pipe.

4.7.5.2 Fuel filter Disassembly Procedures
①Disassemble the connecting hollow bolts between fuel filter and low pressure fuel pipe.
②Disassemble the connecting bolts between fuel filter and fixing bracket.
③Disassemble and separate the fuel filter element and seat.
4.7.5.3 Inspection and maintenance of Fuel filter
①Check the appearance of fuel filter for intactness.
②Check the junction surface between fuel filter and filter seat for presence of leakage. If yes,
replace the influenced parts.
③Check the fuel filter for presence of blockage. If yes, replace the filter element. During
replacement of filter element, disassemble the filter element, fill clean diesel to new filter
element, and keep clean the filter seat base and apply lubricating oil to rubber gasket. Once the
rubber gasket comes into contact with the base, tighten for further 3/4~1 turn to ensure sealing
performance. Finally, disassemble the air bleeding screw from the filter seat and press the
