1-5 Low fuel quality or water content in fuel Check fuel , and replace if necessary
2 Insufficient compression pressure of cylinder

Excessive wear of piston rings and cylinder
sleeves
Check and replace piston rings and when necessary
replace cylinder sleeves and pistons.
2-2 Air leakage of valve
Check valve clearances and valve airtightness and
grind the valves.
2-3 Air leakage of cylinder gasket
Check cylinder gasket for presence of air leakage and
solve the leaks (if any).
3 Blockage of air filter Clean or replace element
4 Blockage of exhaust passage or muffler Check and clean exhaust passage and muffler.
5 Obstructed exhaust pipe Check and solve cause.
3.2.4 Abnormal Oil Pressure of Diesel Engine
SN. Cause Troubleshooting
1 Low oil level in oil sump Add to specified level.
2 Failure of engine oil pressure gauge Overhaul or replace
3 Blockage of engine oil strainer and filter Clean, replace engine oil filter element
4 Excessive wear of crankshaft main bearing and
connecting rod bearing
Overhaul or replace
5 Incorrect engine oil trademark and water content
in engine oil
Check the engine oil trademark, find out the cause,
and replace engine oil.
6 Wear of engine oil pump drive and driven gears Replace oil pump
7 Failure of pressure limiting valve Check and replace
8 Blockage or oil leak of engine oil pipeline Check and do appropriate treatment
3.2.5 Diesel Engine Overheating

1 Long-time overloaded running of

Reduce the load
2 Poor combustion Check the fuel injection status and fuel supply advance angle.
3 Engine oil temperature too high
