Insufficient or excessive oil
Check the oil dipstick and add/drain engine oil as per
specification.
3-2 Internal blockage of oil cooler Clean or replace engine oil cooler
4 Coolant temperature too high
4-1 Insufficient coolant volume Replace oil pump
4-2 Insufficient displacement of water
pump
Check water pump impeller clearance and when necessary replace.
4-3 Insufficient fan speed Adjust fan belt tension.
4-4 Excessive water scale in cooling
system
Disassemble water scale.
4-5 Poor heat dissipation performance of
radiator
Disassemble dirt from radiator fins and improve ventilation
condition of water tank.
4-6 Failure (non-opened) of thermostat Check the cause and replace.

1 White Exhaust Gas
1-1 Poor atomization of fuel injector Check injection pressure and state of fuel injector.
1-2 Water in diesel Clean diesel tank and filter and replace diesel.

Insufficient compression pressure of cylinder
Check valves, cylinder gasket, and piston rings for cause
of leakage and solve the cause.
2 Blue Exhaust Gas
2-1 Over-high oil level in oil sump Drain excessive oil.
2-2 Wear or insufficient elasticity of piston rings
and permeation of oil
Check and replace piston rings.

Sealing failure of valves
Check sealing status of valves and replace valve stem
seals.
3 Black Exhaust Gas
3-1 Diesel engine overload Adjusted to the specified load
3-2 Poor fuel injection and atomization Check and repair or replace outlet valve of fuel injection
