17.1OperatingSequence
1.Withademandforheatingorhotwater,thepumpcirculateswaterthroughtheprimarycircuit.Iftheflowisatleast8l/min.theignitionsequencewillstart.
2.Theengineburnerwilllightfirst.Oncetheengineburnerhasestablishedattheignitionrate(aflamesymbolwillbedisplayedalongwitha'1'ontheTHINKController it
willrampuptothemaxrateofaround7.5kWinput,afterabout1minutetheenginewillbeconnectedtothegridandtheappliancewillstartgeneratingelectricity.The
powergeneratedmaybeviewedontheTHINKController.
3.Thecontrolwillonlyallowthesupplementaryburnertolightifcertainconditionsintheenginearesatisfiedoriftherateofincreaseintheflowtemperatureisnotsufficient
tosatisfydemandwithinacertaintime.
4.Oncethesecriteriaaremetthesupplementaryburnerwillbelitattheignitionrate('2'willappearnexttothe )droptominimumandthenmodulatetotheraterequired
accordingtotheboilersetpointtemperature.Astheboilerflowtemperatureapproachesthesetpointthesupplementaryburnerwillmodulatedownandswitchoffbeforethe
engineburner.
5.Eachburnerhasfiveattemptsatlightingwhichtakeabout25secondseach.Attheendofthefifthattemptifnoflameisdetectedanerrormessagewillbedisplayed.
6.Iftheengineburnerfailstolight,thecontrolwillswitchtolightingthesupplementaryburner.
7.Whenthedemandissatisfiedtheburnerisextinguishedandthepumpcontinuestorunforaperiodof5minutes(PumpOverrun).
8.Ifforanyreasonafaultoccurswhichpreventstheappliancefromrunningcorrectlyanerrorcodewillbedisplayed.
