This chapter covers the replacement of the two fluidic connections between the
cytometer and the HTS. These two fluidic connections are sheath and waste
connections.
Perform the fluidic connections maintenance and replace the sheath filter:
• Every six months
• When the sheath flow is reduced or inadequate
