1 Turn off the cytometer, and remove the HTS from the cytometer (see
Chapter 2).
2 Unscrew the sample coupler tubing from the left port of secondary pump
valve (indicated in the figure) and discard the sample coupler with tubing
into a biohazardous waste container.
