Replacing the Probe and Probe Tubing/Body
Assembly
1 Turn off the cytometer and remove the HTS cover.
NOTE On the BD FACSCanto, BD LSR II, and BD FACS Calibur systems,
you will need to turn off the power on the cytometer and the HTS
separately.
2 Pull the HTS arm up slowly and move it toward the front of the
instrument.
The sample injection port is fragile and can be easily damaged. Use care
when handling the sample injection port.
