12. Shutdown
 Interrupt the hydraulic oil supply.
 Relieve the device from pressure!
 Remove all pipes and hoses from the device and loosen all fastenings for disassembly!
13. Disposal
Observe the disposal instructions of the lubricant manufacturer when lubricant is changed! Lubricants
or cloths contaminated with lubricant, etc. must be collected in specially marked reservoirs and
disposed of accordingly.
The device and the cartridges must be disposed of properly and professionally and according to the
national and international laws and regulations.
14. Troubleshooting

Input filter and adjusting throttle dirty Clean filter and adjusting throttle or exchange them

Turn adjusting throttle approx. 1 ½ revolutions counter
clockwise and switch off oil supply. Switch adjusting throttle
on again after functional test.
Hydro motor defective Exchange hydro motor
Counter-pressure in return too high

Device delivers no
lubricant; however,
eccentric shaft rotates
Air bubble in the cartridge
Unscrew cartridge from adapter. Apply pressure by hand on
the follow-up piston in the cartridge until bubble-free grease
leaks at the cartridge opening. Screw cartridge in again.
