Setup / Application Setup
• Columns FILL, DWELL and PURGE are measured in
seconds
• Values may be changes in increments of tenths of a second
Fill Time: Delays motion while application is filling.
Dwell Time: Delays starting the next pass to allow chemical to soak on the vehicle longer. Typically this is not
necessary. Typically the speed of the Return Pass determines the soak time of the chemical.
Purge Time: Delays starting the next pass while turning on Purge Air. Presoaks turn on Purge Air during B/F IN
MOTION. All others turn on Purge Air once B/F IN MOTION is complete.
Note: Setting the Purge timer too large will unnecessarily add to Cycle Time.
