Chapter 71 1. Torque check engine mount attachment hardware at
engine and airframe attachment points.
2. If fastener is improperly torqued:
a. Check nuts tare torque, and bolt threads and shanks for
damage.
b. Check engine mounts and supporting structure for
damage.
c. Install new fastener if required, and apply torque.
Recheck torque at next 100 hours.
TAILBOOM
Chapter 53 Torque check tailboom attachment nuts 375 to 415 inch-pounds
(42.4 to 46.8 Nm).
TRANSMISSION
Chapter 63 1. Replace oil filter element and oil. Inspect removed element
for metal particles. If particles are found, investigate to
determine cause.
