Instructions on the fuel injector
DON’T: use o-ring repeatedly. If it has to
be used repeatedly, please check
whether it is damaged before use.
DON’T: immerse the injector mouth
in lubricant.
Block the injection hole.
Forbidden: dry run under no fuel pressure.
Damage inner mechanical parts.
DON’T: operate the fuel injector whose
leakage rate may exceed standards
(leakage rate >50sccm air).
Eliminate contaminants and analyze causes
for injector interference.
DON’T: allow water to enter into the fuel
pipe during leakage rate inspection.
Cause damage to the fuel injector.
DON’T: Impose force on the fuel injector
head during installation.
During installation on the nylon intake
pipe, it is allowed to impose force at the
angle of 45 degree.
DON’T: strike the fuel injector when it is
installed on the intake pipe.
Damage the fuel injector and o-ring.
DON’T: impose tensile force on
the connector.
Cause interrupted power supply.
DON’T: use a fuel injector which has
been thrown.
DON’T: store fuel injector, fuel rail or
engine with fuel injector installed under
non-protective environment.
Possible damage to electronic and
mechanical components of the fuel
injector by the external environment.
DON’T: pick up the fuel injector when
lifting the assembly.
Damage the fuel injector.
DON’T: allow components to contact
each other during storage.
Damage the fuel injector.
DON’T: allow components to contact
each other during transportation.
Possible impact, which may cause
damage to the fuel injector.
DON’T: hammer the fuel injector for
troubleshooting in the case of an error.
Damage the fuel injector.
DON’T: use non-suggested fuel injectors
instead of original fuel injectors.
Significantly affects the performance of the
fuel injector.
DO: note that the o-ring shall not be cut
