17.1. Head Timing

The Head Timing screen deals with the Z-rotation of the machine.

Move To a Specied Degree

1. Enter a number into this eld.

2. Press the move to button to move to this rotation.

3. The Current Z Position will display near the bottom of the screen.

Or use the buttons to the right to go to specic Head Timing positions

· Top Center

· Head Up

· Bottom Center

· Hook Timing

Move By a Specied Degree

1. Enter a number into this eld.

2. Press the rotate back to rotate back by the specied amount, or

3. Press the rotate forward to rotate forward by the specied amount.

4. The Current Z Position will display near the bottom of the screen.

Or use the buttons below to rotate by their specied amounts.

· Rotate plus 20°

Warning!!



Tapping almost any button in this screen will make the machine move the needle. Be careful and

stay clear of the needle.

Exiting this screen will also cause the machine to return to the Head Up position.
