17.4. Steppers
Used mainly by technicians, the Steppers Screen allows access to certain motor functions.
Color Change
· Home
o Returns the Needle Case to the home position.
o This will move to a mechanical limit and then back to needle 1
· Needle +
o Moves the Needle Case right one needle
· Needle -
o Moves the Needle Case left one needle
· Start Test / End Test
o Cycles through all the needles
Trimmer
· Home
o Moves the Trimmer to the Home position.
· Select
o Moves the Trimmer to the Select position.
· Cut
o Moves the Trimmer to the Cut position.
· Map Sensor
o Maps the sensor and returns the values in the Status Log.
· Start Test / End Test
o Repeatedly performs the trim procedure without moving the needle.
· Home
o The trimmer is in the home position.
o The trimmer is not in the home position.
· NPT Sensor
