17.3. Needle Case Calibration
The calibration tab is used for calibrating the color change table. Essentially this is the information that keeps
all of the machine needles in the center of the hole in the needle plate. If this calibration is o, it can cause
thread breaks and needle breaks.
Table Commands
· Get Table
o Pulls the table from the machine's board and stores a copy on the touchscreen unit.
· Default Table
o Sends a generic table to the machine's board.
o This is a general table and is not meant to be sewn with. It is merely a starting point for the
calibration process from scratch.
· Set Table
o Send the values saved on the touchscreen module to the machine's board.

Quick Z Position
The needle can quickly be positioned using the buttons in the middle of the screen.
· Head Up
· Bottom Center
Move to Needle
The needle case can be quickly moved using the following buttons on the lower portion of the screen.
· Move One Needle Up
Making changes in this screen can severely impact the performance of your machine. Please adjust
these settings only under the guidance of a technician.
