Cleaning
CAUTION!
Before cleaning and removing any accessories, always fl ip the On/Off switch to the 0
position and pull the mains plug out of the plug socket.
Never immerse the beer pump in water or other liquids!
Never clean the beer pump and its accessories in the dishwasher!
Never pour liquid into the CO
2
feed line to prevent damage to the device!
All parts must be dry after cleaning before you put the beer pump away.
Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.
Clean the beer pump and all accessories prior to initial use and regularly after each use,
or if you have not used the beer pump for a long time.
Clean the beer line and the adapter also each time after a beer keg is removed (unless
you insert a new keg immediately after removing a keg) in order to be able to maintain
the quality of the beer which is drawn at a constantly high level.
Specialist pump stockists sell disinfecting cleaners in powder form which are
ideally suited to cleaning beer and beverage lines in pump equipment.
