CAUTION!

parts. Do not remove any other parts on the device!
Sealing Ring of the CO
2
Feed Line and Tapping Tip
• The sealing ring of the CO
2
feed line is an expendable
part. If you notice excessive CO
2
losses as you use the
beer pump, replace the sealing ring with the spare sealing
ring which is supplied with the device.
• If the tapping of a new CO
2
cartridge no longer works prop-
erly, the tapping tip has become blunt and needs to be
replaced.
1. Open the lid of the beer pump and unscrew the sleeve for receiving the CO
2
cartridge
(see the "Preparation" chapter, "Inserting/Changing CO
2
Cartridge" section).
2. In the middle of the thread from which you have unscrewed
the sleeve, the tapping tip and a black sealing ring will be-
come visible. Pull out the sealing ring with the aid of a thin
screwdriver or another narrow object.
3. If you want to replace the tapping tip, also remove this.
4. Insert the new tapping tip if necessary (so that the tip
points towards you) and then a new sealing ring.
5. Push the parts into place with an empty CO
2
cartridge.
CAUTION: Never use full CO
2
cartridges to insert the
spare parts.
